All of these mannequins were in the basement all of the way in the front of this huge store I worked in, furthest away from the employees that worked in the shipping and receiving department. No windows. Little light...
If anyone saw me taking the pictures that yeilded this work they would have freaked. Not your artistic types working there, that's for sure. They never would have understood. Every female non-artist that sees this piece automatically thinks that it is of sexual nature (I guess because these mannequins are unclothed?) which, was not my intent when I shot it. Kinda makes ya wonder where some folks mind's are at... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
